InsightOut conducted research into the training of Check Point personnel on behalf of COGITANS s.ro. The training focused on cross-culture business negotiation in Israel.
In many cases, conducting business in a different culture can lead to frustration. Globalization is often said to have turned the world into a ‘small village’. At InsightOut SK we believe that in practice, the world consists of a community of local societies that share different views on familiar aspects.

COGITANS wanted to improve communications and find new business markets in Israel.
Methods:
Our team accompanied personnel to observe their interactions and communicative behavior. We delivered several workshops on the mentality of doing business in Israel and we conducted simulations and behavioral scenarios to identify commonalities and explain cultural differences.
Results:
We created cross-cultural bridges that targeted shared values which led to an increase in opportunities and better communication. The workshops assisted the people from COGITANS to familiarize themselves with the Israeli mindset.
